Qualified Incentive Planners enjoy a Two Night hosted experience alongside leading industry professionals at The Sagamore, a AAA Four-Diamond Resort located in the heart of the Adirondacks at Lake George. With more than 20 beautiful lakes, countless outdoor activities and dozens of exciting attractions, the Lake George area is the perfect incentive paradise. This weekend you will be able to experience first-hand the Historic Main Inn and the sleek Adirondack style of the lodges along the shoreline of the island that offers luxury accommodations, extraordinary dining, superb fitness and spa facilities and a host of opportunities to enjoy the incredible beauty of the Adirondacks.
The program begins on Friday, October 20th with a welcome reception where you have the opportunity to network as well as learn how SITE Northeast USA can provide you with the tools needed to enhance your incentive program.
Saturday, October 21st will include a full day and evening of experiences meant to showcase the many unique activities & facilities The Sagamore Resort has to offer your next incentive group. A day trip to Lake Placid Lodge is included, with its 17 lakeside guest cabins, 5 authentic Adirondack accommodations in the main lodge and 2 Lake Overlook rooms. Overnight accommodation on October 20th & 21st at The Sagamore will be provided complimentary to qualified planners.

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS SEPTEMBER 30, 2017. You must be a qualified MICE planner to participate. There are a limited number of hosted buyer spots available – we will be confirming your participation on a rolling basis based on your submitted qualification. Should you decide to extend your time at The Sagamore Resort, your additional nights of accommodation will be at your own expense and based on availability. All pre-scheduled group activities during the program are provided complimentary. Travel costs (Flight/Train/Driving) to/from the Resort are not included and at your own expense. Additional on-site resort amenities not included in the group program are additional and at your own expense. Should you cancel your attendance after September 30, 2017 a $250 fee will apply to cover administrative costs.
