Celebrating Abilities 2017

This year featuring the award-winning short film "Learning to Drive."
Join us for a day-long celebration at Century High School that includes activities for all ages, including food, games, silent auction, film screening and after-party with director and cast.
The event seeks to provide a unique and fun way to call attention to the remarkable accomplishments of persons with disabilities in our communities.
EVENT SCHEDULE
Family Activities: Noon – 4:00 PM
- Silent auction (final bids begin closing @ 3:30 PM)
- Raffle basket drawings throughout the day
- Food & beverages
- Face painting, henna, driving challenge and more
- “Learning to Drive” photo booth
- Miss Minnesota photo booth
- Police K-9 demonstration (1:00 – 3:00 PM)
- Massage table (1:00 – 3:00 PM)
- Display tables featuring ABC partner businesses & organizations
Activities in Auditorium: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- A Celebration of Abilities with personal stories
- Film screening of “Learning to Drive” followed by Q & A with director and lead actor (ticket required: $10 adults, $7 students and seniors)
- Announcement of auction winners
Post Film Activities: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Auction items pick-up
- Memorabilia sales
- After-party with director and actor in private room (ticket required: $25)

Advance tickets to film screening: $10 adults, $7 students and seniors.
After-party admission: $25.
