2017 Michigan Conference UCC - Annual Meeting 

WELCOME to the online registration page for the 2017 Annual Meeting of the Michigan Conference UCC. We have a special event planned and we're excited to share all of the details with you!

The theme of this year's Annual Meeting is:  Rejoice! Living Your Passion
"Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice."  Philippians 4:4

We have two (2) wonderful host church's this year; St. Stephen's Community Church, UCC and First Christian Church - both located in Lansing - and very close walking distance between the two.

Parking:  There is ample parking at both locations.

We are changing our format and doing things a little differently this year. This year's events will begin FRIDAY EVENING, October 13th - with the Friday Night Award Banquet.  The evenings festivities include a wonderful dinner buffet, the introduction of new Authorized Ministers, the recognition of Retired Clergy, Open and Affirming congregations, OCWM "Thank You", special awards and grants, and the presentation of this year's recipient of the Murdale Leysath Award.
The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be held at the Old Town Marquee, located at 319 E. Grand River Avenue, Lansing.

Saturday, October 14th - we will gather at St. Stephen's Community Church, UCC, located at 1007 Kimberly Drive, Lansing. The morning will begin with worship. Lunch will be served at First Christian Church, located at 1001 Chester Road, Lansing. The afternoon will bring workshops (at both St. Stephen's and First Christian), Plenary #2, Budget presentation, Resolutions and the Friends of the Conference kick-off.

Annual Meeting Fees:

You can choose one of two options for your registration this year;
>Annual Meeting with Lunch ($40) 
>Annual Meeting without Lunch ($25)
>Retired Clergy, Retired Clergy Spouse - Youth, MID with Lunch ($35)
>Retired Clergy, Retired Clergy Spouse - Youth, MID without Lunch ($20)
If you choose to not include lunch, please plan to bring your own or make other arrangements - lunch tickets will not be available on Saturday for purchase.

The deadline to register and include meals is October 2nd (firm for meals).


Display Space: will be available. Space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Display and vendor space is free - however, ALL display representatives and vendors are expected to register as visitors for the meeting. Visit the Annual Meeting section on our website (www.michucc.org) for a Display Space Application. You will receive an email confirming your display space and time for set-up.

Childcare will be available at Annual Meeting. If you are in need of childcare, please be sure to mark your registration accordingly. Additional paperwork will be emailed to you. Please fill this out in its entirety and bring it with you to Annual Meeting.

The Annual Meeting, will again be a paperless meeting. All Annual Meeting materials will be available on our website prior to the meeting. We strongly encourage churches to print all desired materials for their delegates.

REMINDER:  The deadline to register is October 2, 2017 (firm for meals)

Payments are encouraged online through the safe and secure Paypal option at the end of the online registration form. Credit or debit cards are accepted - or if you have a Paypal account, you may choose that option of payment.

Paying by check is an option, HOWEVER we ask that you mail your payment to the Conference office within 1 - 2 business days of completing your registration. We will not take payments at the door to cut down on congestion and wait times at the registration table.

If you choose to register using a paper form (visit our website for a form at www.michucc.org), please know that credit or debit card payments are an option on the paper registration as well. If you pay by check, please make sure that your payment accompanies your registration form.
