Are you both long overdue for a day in which you simply... stop?

So, maybe you have some stuff going in in your relationship,

and you haven't had the time to simply pause,

and take it all in.

Or maybe things are going great between you

and you want to stoke the fire -- and keep that connection going.

If you are the kind of people

who like to take (or don't have!) a lot of time for

personal reflection or self-nourishment... and

who like to try new experiences that feed your relationship;

if  you are curious to see how receiving bodywork

and mind-spirit "input"can enhance your connection as a couple,

you are invited to join us.

Come "set it all down," for the day.

This will be your time to explore, shift, or otherwise transform
something that is "up" for you, in your life --
in a container that is held and tended by eight staff.

You are invited to surrender into Receiving:
to be nourished, supported and witnessed
within an intimate group of fifteen women and men.

You will spiral many times
through the choreographed rhythm of the mostly-silent day:
You will receive mini-sessions from
five Healing Practitioners
who will help catalyze and integrate your experience;
you will reflect, alone, with your journal, and
you will have an opportunity to share in a small facilitated group.

This integrated day for body, mind and soul is unique:
inspired by the relief, the peacefulness, and the gratitude
of over 165 women who have attended
a Day of Sanctuary for Women...

Day of Sanctuary for Couples.

If the thought of it makes you exhale... come.

Your Guide for the Day

Katherine Macomber Millman, LMP

Katherine: "I fell in love with bodywork over 30 years ago, and have been practicing it ever since.  Lately, I've been exploring how the process of transformation is accelerated by using multiple healing modalities – hands-on and hands-off – in a group setting: the highly structured yet spacious and flowing day, Entering the Healing Temple – A Day of Sanctuary for Women. After every single one of the fifteen Healing Temples we have hostedat least one person has asked, "Are you going to do one of these for couples?" So, yes: it's finally time! This is a focused, private event for a small group of otherwise exceptionally busy women and men, who are excited by the prospect of having sacred time, space, and the non-chatty presence of community to relax, receive, and allow their body's innate intelligence to emerge. Attending as a couple, but moving through the day in different groups, you will each experience a solo journey... sharing the fruits of your explorations at the end of the day, and beyond. I'm thrilled to be facilitating this day of sanctuary for you."

The Healing Temple Practitioners

Barclay Calvert, L.Ac.

Barclay: “In my long-time interest in medicine and health, I have always had a particular fascination with integrating mind-body-spirit. This is what drew me to acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine teaches us that our Energy or “Chi” supports and maintains our physical, mental, and emotional functions. As an acupuncturist, I have been working with people for 15 years, releasing blockages and balancing the energy in the body in order to catalyze change and help people feel more at ease, centered, and peaceful. I am excited to work with you in this Healing Temple, using gentle acupuncture and acupressure techniques, to help you find greater peace and joy in your body, so that you can bring that ease into your relationship!

Heather Cole Gatto

Heather Cole Gatto

Heather: I have been an intuitive reader since 2005. My readings reflect the energy of the moon and the sun: the lunar aspect of them inspires you by bringing hope, invoking deep feeling, reflecting understanding, and immersing you in love and compassion. The solar aspect ignites your soul into action, and imparts empowering tools for transformation with the invitation to utilize these tools in everyday life. Through nine years of intensive training with Char Sundust, including private mentorship and assisting as a TA, I have gathered many different offerings for my clients. The tools I most commonly use are extraction, soul retrieval, cord cutting and heartwalks. I allow Spirit to bring forth in the moment what will best serve.”

Catherine Herrick
Catherine Herrick, LMP

Catherine: “Massage therapy is a way of life, for me. I am always thinking in terms of movement — how I can help you move and feel more alive in your body. I have studied many modalities to facilitate people's healing; Reflexology is one of them. Reflexology — working on the feet — is an effective healing modality that addresses stress, and facilitates detoxification, muscle relaxation, improves circulation and balances the body. It encourages homeostasis, and leaves the systems in the body fully functioning and in natural equilibrium. I am a licensed massage therapist for people and for animals (one of my passions!). I believe that health is a natural state for our bodies.  My aim is to help you to become vibrant and to feel great.”

  Shaina Noll

Shaina: “Although my primary work is as a singer/songwriter and recording artist, I've also offered Tarot readings professionally for over 30 years. I learned to read Tarot cards from Angeles Arrien, author of The Tarot Handbook, as part of my Masters program in Transpersonal Psychology. When we sit down together, we will use the Tarot cards to invite communication from your Soul, with the intent to support self-acceptance and the deepening of inner peace.”

Catherine Seiffert, LMT

Catherine: “What makes me feel Alive is bodywork, body awareness and connecting with the Beings I’m working with. I love to share what I observe with my clients and help you understand your body in a logical, fun and inspiring way, while increasing ease and function. When you have knowledge, awareness and an understanding of what is going on in your body, it can help simplify the Mystery... and help unwind and change your experience. At The Healing Temple, I hope to bring you a deeper understanding, and to help you find joy in your awakening awareness.”

"Come join us. We are honored to serve you."

The Keeper of the Flow

Shannon Ryan, LMT

Shannon: “I am honored to serve The Healing Temple as Keeper of the Flow, by tending to the spacious passage of time within our sanctuary. By vocation, I am a harpist, sound healer, qigong teacher, licensed massage practitioner, and energy medicine practitioner. I serve as a midwife of the Soul in my healing and teaching practice, as well as through my work with hospice as a comfort therapist. A lifelong practitioner of yoga, qigong, and meditation, I am deeply devoted to nurturing the awakening and emergence of core Essence. I am currently immersed in the birthing of my first CD, Devotion, an album of sacred chants and medicinal mantras accompanied with celtic harp, stand up bass, and cello.”
