The Nonprofit Leadership Initiative is creating a frameword to develop effective nonprofit boards and executive leaders in the Fox Valley Region through leadership, collaboration, and learning opportunities.
Do you want to develop your leadership skills while helping to strengthen local nonprofits?
Attend the Nonprofit Leadership Initiative's free, informational event on September 26, 2017.
We will have two identical sessions with networking and panel presentations by local nonprofits interested in potential board members with the following skills:
Panel:
- Center for Suicide Awareness
- Community Benefit Tree
- Girl Scouts of the Northwester Great Lakes
- Jake's Diapers
Many other nonprofits will be invited by the Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce to have a booth at the event to promote their board opportunities.
Information will be provided on how your board or committee service to a nonprofit strengthens the quality of the services nonprofits provide; as well as develops your leadership skills to enhance your career.
