Creatively Engaging People and Teams 

In today’s fast-paced, results-oriented business environment, it’s easy to lose sight of the value of creativity, for ourselves and our teams. But the benefits of tapping into our creative capacities far outweigh the costs, both real and perceived. In this session, David Phillips, founder of Faster Glass (an innovation consulting firm), will share techniques for creatively engaging others. We’ll also discuss how NOT to run a brainstorming session and how to harness the power of storytelling to move people to act.

David Phillips, is the founder of Faster Glass, an innovation advisory firm that helps organizations apply the principles of human-centered design to  solve wicked problems, intentionally design experiences, and disrupt the status quo. David is an equal parts educator, facilitator, and instigator, he equips leaders to strengthen their organization’s innovation capabilities and unleash the ideas and creativity of their people.
