Communicating Outside the Box

This workshop is designed to help participants learn how to identify and reduce the stress of work and home. Particpants will be able to develop an understanding of what causes them to become stressed and ovewhelmed, as well as, understand how to live a "Balanced Life", so that they can be the best teacher.
