2017 Annual YMWIC College and Career Day - College Counselor Registration

The 2017 Annual College Expo and Career Day is planned for October 14 from 8:30AM - 3:00PM. In state and out of state college representatives will be at this event.

The YMWIC Foundation, Inc would like your support with our Community Service and Outreach Program.  The purpose for this event is to bring valuable information about colleges and universities to parents and students within the tri-state area.  Additional information will be presented by our many corporate sponsors who offer careers in the STEM areas.  We expect an audience of 500 to include students between the 7th through 12th grades along with their parents or guardians.  The parents and students attending the event will receive parent and student workshops on finance, admissions and careers b) STEM showcase and the c) College Expo.  The college expo portion of the program will be: 11AM check-in and 12PM Start.

This year's fee for your booth and table is $ 150 for colleges and institutions and $ 250 for our corporate partners.  The fees are used to offset the cost of transportation needs for our inner urban areas across the tri-states.

Fees will also include a Half-Page Black-and-White Ad in the program book, mention in the partner and college listing page and a complementary lunch.  For an additional fee, you will have an option to purchase a full page color ad.  If you have an interest in becoming a sponsor you can contact college@ymwicfoundation.org.

Note: We've asked all SENIORS to bring a printout of their SAT and/or ACT test scores and an updated transcript.  We are hoping that you admission counselors can provide on-site acceptance to those that meet your qualifications.
