This seminar will provide a review of the technology emphasising on the practical aspects of shakers and sensors as used in a variety of modal analysis and vibration test applications. Test personnel and their managers, NVH engineers, consultants, sound and vibration personnel, design and analysis staff who use vibration measurements and vibration sensors for product design, for model, component, and full-scale system verification, safety, conformance to standards and sensor calibration. 

Visiting International Expert:
Marco A. Peres, MS, is a Product Manager at The Modal Shop, Inc., where he is responsible for the shakers and structural test product lines. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University (Indiana, USA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. Mr. Peres has over 20 years of experience in sound and vibration applications, servicing customers from aerospace, automotive, and consumer product industry, universities, metrology labs, and research institutes.
