We are very happy to welcome Brian Gobar as the new General Manager for Zucca Trattoria.  He loves working with our customers and employees to ensure you have the best possible fine dining experience in downtown Ogden.

Brian has over 20 years experience working at and managing restaurants such as PF Chang's, Texas Roadhouse and more. 

Brian chose to be a vital part of the Zucca team because he wanted to work for a locally-owned, locally-operated fine dining establishment.  He has fallen in love with the downtown Ogden atmosphere, the history, and the people.  Come in soon to meet Brian and see his skills in action!
