Neochange and Knoa are two of the tools on the market that provided the collection of data about how users are actually using, or not, your system.  As well, some companies are doing this internally. When performing the data collection internally what are you utilizing to achieve the same results? This type of data is very important for Super Users in identifying, diagnosing, and targeting possible problems and more.  Come share and learn with us.

Some questions to consider:

1. Are they utilizing GRC functionality to provide usage data? If so, how are they doing this? If not, how are they getting usage data for all users?
2. What data limitations are they finding when not having KNOA or Neochange?
3. Were the limitations large enough that they are now looking into KNOA or Neochange?
