In his concise talk, Mike will share  actual techniques with Members to calculate their Power Score (level of effectiveness and constructiveness). Based on new, groundbreaking  research from the self-titled book,         "Power Score" by Geoff Smart and Associates, into what makes for the best Team Results and how to lead for Success. This hopefully, will mark the first in a series of member-lead talks that bring new, old or innovative insight to other Members.

Background                                                                                                        Mike McFarthing is Innovation Initiative Co-operative's Director of Education. He is a Sales and Marketing strategist with over 20 years of experience, implementing and growing large & small sales accounts in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America.                                                                       Being passionate about additive manufacturing and innovation collaboration, he is developing networks and sponsorship between industry and educational institutions to the benefit of all stakeholders.

By Subway: Take Yonge St. line north to ‘Sheppard’ subway station. Walk north on the west side of Yonge St.- Turn left at Upper Madison Av. and look for the CDI College entrance.

By Car: From highway 401, exit North on Yonge St. -  the CDI College entrance is located on the 3rd street north of Sheppard on the west side of Yonge St. - To drop someone off before parking, turn left on the 4th street north of Sheppard on the west side of Yonge St., which is the Upper Madison Av. loop (see picture below indicating the CDI entrance door):
