pecans – blood orange gastrique dresing

Potato Crusted Wild Alaskan Salmon
with crème fraiche, salmon caviar, tobacco onions
Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder
with southern smoked eggplant filling and a grilled
summer corn chutney

Herb Crusted Fried Tomatoes
with a buttermilk basil dipping sauce
Sauteed Kale and Potatoes
with roasted garlic and crisp uncured hardwood smoked bacon

cream cheese icing. Served with Salted caramel sauce
