Fitness Workouts:
- 10 different workout activities and contests to choose from including kickboxing, Zumba, Heart Zones Cycling, CrossFit Throwdown, Olympic lifting, indoor|outdoor triathlon, yoga|barre|Pilaates, and more.
Party Activities:
- Live music and MC McTron, sports memorabilia and silent action, art show, kids potato sack races, Walk with Lane demonstration, Chicken-shit Bingo game, and special demonstrations of adapted workouts and Canine Companions for Independance (CCI) demonstration and puppies.
Prizes for Workouts and Contests:
- Gift certificates, Heart Zones heart rate monitors, and more.
Donations:
- The Loving Lane Fund is a charity organization dedicated to raising funds for those with spinal cord injuries including Lane Edwards, a 35 years old Sacramento native, after a catastrophic accident that lead to his quadriplegia 3 years ago: LovingLane.org Plus, 100% of the proceeds, all moneys raised, are directly used for rehabilitative services for those with spinal cord injuries.

Registration Donation Fees:
- Basic Entry Fee: $10 donation to attend no workout just tons of fun.
- Registration and Workout Fee: $25 donation at the door or $20 plus drink coupon by pre-registering. You get all the workouts, the party, T shirt and a chance to support those with spinal cord injuries.
- Free for kids under 12.
- Individuals with spinal cord injuries are free.
