leader development course

The Minnesota Ambulance Association, in partnership with the EMS Regulatory Board and funded by the Minnesota Department of Health-Office of Rural Health & Primary Care, is offering a Leader Development Course.  The course is intended to provide tools necessary to lead EMS in your community and is designed for managers, supervisors, coaches, mentors, visionaries, planners, communicators, and decision makers. 

Please join us for this day of interactive sessions that will challenge participants to define leadership, improve communications, build teams, enhance personal and professional growth and add value to your organization. 

Seating is limiited.  Please register early.  Registraion closes August 18, 2017.

You will be provided the text book, AAOS Leadership Essentials for Emergency Medical Services by John R. Brophy.  Please read the text book prior to attending the course.
