Take this course to earn your status as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) candidate!  This 15 clock-hour course is designed for real estate buyer agents who work directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.  Mark your calendars for Monday and Tuesday, September 18th and 19th from 8:30am-5pm at the Confluence Technology Center.

The overall goals of the ABR designation course are to prepare you to thoroughly represent your buyer-clients in real estate transactions, help you provide the quality of service and degree of fidelity to buyers that sellers customarily enjoy, offer ideas and methods for building a buyer-representation business and develop a self-customized tool for conducting a buyer counseling session.

After completing this two-day course and successfully passing the exam, you will have achieved ABR candidate status, a three-year period during which you must fulfill the educational and experiential requirements to become an ABR designee.
