Foster Parent Training IFSP/IEP and Transition

Module is designed to support NAEYC Code Of Ethical Conduct Ideal (I-1.12) To work with families to provide a safe and smooth transition as children and families move from one program to the next. Trainers leave with resources to support Special Education process all 0-5 teachers and administrators must be aware exist to help connect DAP Domains.
