Foster Parent Class: Access to and Examination of Records (FERPA)

Module is designed to support NAEYC Code Of Ethical Conduct Principles (2.11-2.13). Foster Parents leave with FERPA resources to support practitioners in the assumed understanding of Privacy Protection regulations. Federal Education Right to Privacy Act regulations applies to any program receiving federal aid directly or indirectly.
