Kind Grateful Simple

Many people I talk to and work with are expressing a desire for more time, a quieter mind and a gentler experience of life. Inherent in this verbal expression is a desire for deeper connection with one’s self, God and others. In exploring this desire for myself, I have adopted three watchwords for the coming year – Kind, Grateful and Simple. They are the cornerstone for the development of a peaceful and self-loving existence. When decisions are measured against these three words, life softens and becomes congruent both inside and out. If you have a desire to explore a more gentle life experience both for yourself and our world, I hope you will join me in exploring life through Kindness, Gratitude and Simplicity.
