How Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Can Drive Better Business Decisions

You don't have to break the bank to build out key performance indicators (KPIs), but ignoring these metrics will cripple your business. Deep dive into the world of KPIs for food & beverage businesses who are well-versed in the basics but are seeking to take their analytical capabilities to the next level. After briefly covering the value of KPIs (which most attendees should know coming in) the workshop will cover best practices to identify and track your KPIs. We will continue with intuitive ways to display them via dashboards and communicate them to key stakeholders, including executives, investors, and junior employees. The CAC:LTV module will be contain an exercise for the attendees to complete and cover advanced methodologies to quantify churn, duration, cross-selling, and more. Ancillary topics such as benchmarking will also be touched upon.

About the Speakers:  

Kody Myers is a financial analyst with experience building and evaluating hundreds of financial models for companies at a variety of stages. He has extensive experience working directly with CEOs and executive teams to develop sound financial projections as well as help identify key metrics to report for fundraising and day-to-day management of their companies. Kody has bachelor degrees in business finance and entrepreneurship and has a passion for early stage companies.
