Aligning the Right People with

the Right Positions

About the Workshop

Your organization is only as strong as the people working with you, so how do you build a team that demonstrates the values and mission of your organization? On Wednesday, August 23, 2017, Steve McCarty, will share his experience and wisdom to ensure that you are building the best team possible. Steve will demonstrate some of the skills, including interview techniques, needed to find the optimal employee and once on board, how you can help them maintain and understand the role they play on your team.

The selection process allows you to examine the skills, competencies, and performance of candidates in order to find the best fit for every position.  Typical interview questions occasionally lead to hiring a qualified yet incompatible employee. Mr. McCarty's learning opportunity, Aligning the Right People with the Right Positions, will help you learn competencies to know the right qualities you need in a job, then use behavioral interview questions conducive to finding a qualified and compatible employee. This interactive learning session will help you feel more confident in your selection practices and discover that the right process leads to building a team that supports and grows the important work you do every day!
