Syllabus

Several days prior to the program, Syllabus including presentations will be available for download from a secure website.  At registration you will receive a USB storage device with the same information at no additional charge.

At the conference, neither printers nor electrical outlets are available for attendee use.

Hard copy, black and white Syllabus including presentations may be ordered in advance for $50 and available at registration.

Hard copy Syllabus must be ordered by December 29, 2017. 

Faculty PowerPoint presentation handouts are for the use of course attendees only pre and post-conference.  This material may not be used, shared or distributed electronically.

Cancellation Policy

Requests in writing for refunds less $35 administrative fee by December 29, 2017 will be processed after the meeting.  Registrations are transferable with prior notification to CVI by December 29, 2017.

Credit Designation Statement                                                                     AMA:  Einstein Medical Center designates this live educational event for a maximum of 8.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s).  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the educational event.

AOA:  This program is eligible for 8.5 credits in Category 2A of the American Osteopathic Association through the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association Foundation.

SDMS:  CVI's 10th Annual Echocardiography Update: Echocardiographic Assessment of Valvular Heart Disease has been approved for 8.5 Credits by SDMS.  Approval # Pending.

MOC Points:  Successful completion of this CME activity which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 7.5 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.  It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.  Awarding of MOC points requires additional attestation, post program evaluation and test questions.

Program Evaluation

CVI's program evaluations are completed online. This enables us to clearly interpret your responses and use the information to assess the effectiveness of the program and better plan future programs. You are encouraged to take notes on each speaker and presentation at the program. Shortly after the program you will receive an email link to complete your program evaluation. In compliance with ACCME guidelines, you must answer all questions and submit your online evaluation in order to receive your CME certificate.
