In this 3-hour webinar class, we will practice the gentle breaths, sounding, movement and mindful awareness of Continuum to melt and deepen under everyday habits and patterns, returning to a primordial intelligence that remains available to guide us.
Cherionna Menzam-Sills has studied intensively with and been authorised by Emilie Conrad as a Continuum Movement teacher. She draws on 40 years experience as a therapist, including Occupational Therapy, Dance/Movement Psychotherapy, BodyMind Psychotherapy, Massage and Bodywork, Craniosacral Therapy. She has also taught Embyrology experientially since the 90s. As well as teaching Continuum, Cherionna currently teaches Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with her husband and Biodynamics pioneer, Franklyn Sills. Her private practice includes supervision and mentoring online and in person.
