Marketing is an exciting and important business function that is critical to managing profitable customer relationships in today's dynamic and connected business environment. It is the process by which individuals and organizations obtain what they need or want by creating and exchanging goods, services or anything of value with others. In this workshop, you will be introduced to the marketing environment and the 4Ps of marketing – product, price, promotion, and place, as well as the importance of market research, strategic sales, and marketing your business online as part of developing a competitive advantage.
Presenter: Rhonda Henderson Founding Partner of Lucbene Consulting – a boutique firm specializing in small business training/development and ‘back office’ servicing for organizations seeking sustainability and growth. Along with the consulting firm, she also owns/partners in other area small businesses.
