Engaging Millennials to Their Full Potential (AM)

Today’s work environment is seeing the fast influx of the next generation. The Millennials, also known as generation Y, were born between the years of 1984 and 2000. Yes, they have arrived and they are very eager to take on responsibilities and make a fast difference through their work. But hold on a moment, this population is leaving other generations scratching their heads with wonder about some common traits:  their values, their work habits and their sense of entitlement to name a few.  In this course, we will explore some common behaviors observed with millennials and understand the “whys” behind them. With this newfound understanding, participants can expect to gain the best of what this generation offers businesses.
