Guidewell Financial Solutions HUD-Approved Homeownership Education Is Here!

Are you interested in buying a home in Baltimore City? Guidewell Financial offers HUD-certified in-person and online homeownership education to help you reach this goal. Both cover all of the elements of the homeownership process from financial preparation and credit review to mortgage financing and closing.

Whether you gain your education in person or online, you will also need to schedule and attend a one-on-one counseling session to qualify for Baltimore City and Maryland State settlement assistance programs. Counseling is provided at our City branch at 3816 Edmondson Avenue, Baltimore 21229.
