 The fall is a welcomed reprieve for us Dallas-ites, but it can also bring another wave of allergies and fatigue for many.  Sound familiar?  You begin October feeling “off”, then the holidays are upon you so you plow through on fumes and drag yourself into the new year with big plans to turn things around. You’re not the only one.  In fact in Ayurvedic medicine the time to cleanse is October for this very reason; the side affects of the change in seasons.  

For the very first time Amy Johnson and Jayme Bushmiaer have teamed up with Ayurvedic Practitioner, Christina Vargas to offer you a complete mind, body, spirit rejuvenation series.
You will:
  • Receive nutritional support through Ayurvedic medicine 
  • Ignite your yoga practice through a deeper understanding of alignment, energy and pranayama (breathing)
  • Nourish your spirit and develop a stronger meditation practice
The rejuvenation series consists of 3 separate worksops that you can take individually or all togther (save $100!):
  • Ayurveda Workshop on 9/23 from Noon -3:00 pm.  Includes introduction to Ayurveda with take aways on simple self-care routines and ayurvedic nutritional support.  Includes lunch!  
  • iRest I Yoga Nidra I Meditation Integrative Restoration (iRest) Yoga Nidra is a wonderful toolset and practice for today’s fast-paced life that offers rejuvenation, integration and deep relaxation to its practitioners. You will lessen anxiety, depression, fear, anger, stress and discover the tools to bring joy, peace, well-being and intention into the forefront of your daily living. You will have a greater ability to relax and enjoy life, reduce insomnia, and diminish chronic and acute pain. Each class will build upon the next as we explore the layers of physical, emotional and subtle energy body with increasing refinement. Each class will begin with a short discussion on iRest and its applicability and benefit to daily life. Discussion will lead into a guided iRest Yoga Nidra practice. Students can expect to lie down or sit comfortably during the practice using yoga mats, blankets and bolsters (will be provided).  Sessions meet on Saturdays 9/30 - 10/28 from Noon - 1:00 pm
  • Yoga Immersion will explore in depth alignment on foundational postures, pranayama (breathing), energy and it's role in the asana (postures), as well as chakras.  Sessions meet on Saturday 9/30 - 10/28 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm.
