Technology invasion from our homes to our cars and our wallets - what's a person to do!

We're being swamped with new technology at the office, at home and in our cars. This talk will hit the highlights from self driving cars to the connected home and the array of new money exchange and payment systems showing up everywhere. Checks are out and credit cards are fading fast. What is coming next? Will self driving cars be here in less than ten years and would most of us really want one? What questions need to be answered? Much of the discussion will be determined by questions from the audience.

Gary Braley has worked in technology throughout his career and his passion has always been to explain technology to nontechnical audiences. He worked in aerospace and was a developer, project manager and consultant on healthcare information systems. He was also a high school teacher. Gary always played the role of “interpreter” - translating between the programmers and the users.
