Free Football Tickets & Tailgate for USA Health Employees, Volunteers

To honor and recognize our employees and volunteers, we are providing complimentary tickets for every USA Health employee and volunteer to attend the USA Jaguars vs. Oklahoma State football game on Friday, Sept. 8, at 7:00 p.m. Each employee and volunteer will be eligible to receive two free game tickets. We would also like to invite you and your guest to attend a free tailgating barbecue dinner catered by Sonny's BBQ before the game, beginning at 4:30 p.m.

Additional tailgate passes are available for $10 and can be purchased at the tent.

We've designed a special USA Health Game Day T-shirt for the event, and we hope you will join us in wearing one at the game. USA Health employees also can wear these shirts to work the day of the game.

The short-sleeve shirts cost $7 and will be sold at the following locations:

USA Children's & Women's Hospital - Monday, Aug. 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
USA Medical Center - Wednesday, Aug. 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Medical Sciences Building - Friday, Aug. 25, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Springhill Avenue Campus - Tuesday, Aug. 29, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

USA Health Game Day shirts also are available for purchase at the USA Bookstore on main campus, as well as at the game on Sept. 8.

Tickets and Armbands

Please register for tickets using the "Register Now" link below anytime between now and Aug. 30. You must pre-register for tickets by Aug. 30.

Tickets will be located in Section S, T or U, as shown in the seating chart below. They will come with armbands that will allow you entry into the barbecue dinner.

Please pick up your free tickets and armbands from Sept. 5-7 at the location you select during sign-up:

Additional tickets nearby are available at a discounted rate of $10. To purchase additional tickets, call (251) 461-1USA. You must mention that you are a USA Health employee and provide your Jag Number. The ticket office accepts credit and debit cards only. They can process payments up until the day before the game, and they provide e-tickets that can be printed at home.

Parking and Shuttles

A shuttle service provided by The Wave Transit System is available for $2.50 per person round trip. The shuttles begin running four hours prior to kickoff and run throughout the game.

The Wave pickup is at the southeast corner of the parking lot of The Shoppes at Bel Air, in between the external mall entrances of J.C. Penney and Target. Access to this parking lot is easiest via Bel Air Boulevard or the cut-through access from Cottage Hill Road to the back end of the mall.
