Hotel and Transportation arrangements:

Hotel Reservations: 
If you are from outside the greater Kansas City Metro area, you can make hotel reservations by clicking Hotel Reservations or by calling 913-451-6100; ask for the block of rooms reserved for Target Insurance Services, Inc.

Air Reservations: For air fare reimbursement - please submit a copy of your airline ticket including total cost incurred to HeidiW@targetins.com via email. Also, for those driving over 100 miles each way, requests may be submitted via email for mileage reimbursement consideration. We can also schedule a car service to take you from the airport to the Doubletree. Should you need this service, please e-mail your flight information to Heidi Welch at HeidiW@targetins.com.
