 This workshop will help you assess your prospects, give you the initial direction you need, and inspire you to move forward to realize your dream.

September 11 

                                                          2- Plan for a Successful Business

This workshop covers the essential elements of business plan development. Topics include: setting goals and objectives, preparing marketing and financial plans and defining action steps to attain appropriate goals. With a good plan, build your road map to success.

September 12 
3- Show me the Money 

Understand the various ways you might finance your business and how to approach friends and family, angel investors, banks and venture capitalists.A guest banker will present criteria banks use to determine credit worthiness and a representative from the SBA will discuss the SBA loan guarantee program.

September 18 
4- Financials: Accounting Tools for Money Management

The concepts and application of basic accounting principles as utilized to measure the success of any business.  This workshop will discuss the fundamentals of Financial and Managerial Accounting.

September 28 
5- Marketing the Engine that Powers your Business
This workshop will cover effective and strategic utilization of pricing, promotion, product planning, distribution, and marketing on the internet to  give you a competitive edge.
