Dr. Nicholas Papanicolaou will discuss the Islam, its Tenets and the U.S. Constitution

Speaker Profile:  

Dr. Nicholas Papanicolaou was educated at Williston Academy, Easthampton, MA, earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Harvard University,  a Master's degree in Business Administration from Columbia University, and a Doctorate in Theology. He was vice president of the Onassis Organization in New York, then joined his family business in shipping and investments. Nicholas is  President of Lion Finance SA, a family investment vehicle. In 1983 he became controlling shareholder and Co-Chairman of Aston Martin Lagonda in the United Kingdom, maker of the famous Aston Martin and Lagonda motor cars. Under his watch, the factory was re-opened and the company was returned to profitability.

 He is also a Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the World Public Forum "Dialogue of Civilizations".(www.dialogueofcivilizatiobs.org)  The WPF brings together each year on the island of Rhodes, Greece some 700 important officials and representatives from more than sixty countries and all major religions for four days of  deliberations on cross-religious & cross-cultural issues. Past attendees have included the Presidents or Prime Ministers of Austria, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Iran, Algeria, the Palestine Authority, India, Bangladesh, Russia, Yemen and government Ministers from Israel, France, Greece, China, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia. 

Presently  he leads the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta, a one-thousand year old Christian organization that stands for Judeo-Christian values and helps the needy all over the world without regard to their religion. For the last two years The Knights have been feeding close to 50,000 refugees daily on the Turkey-Syria border. They dig water wells in Africa, send medicines all over the world, but also speak out in favor of Israel and of persecuted Christians.  Nicholas has been honored for his humanitarian and other work with top decorations from Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Russia & the Ukraine.

He has authored three books, all listed on Amazon. His second book, BRING DOWN THAT WALL,  was selected by Amazon's Editorial Board in 2015 for their "Best Books of the Year So Far" category.

Dr. Papanicolaou has served as President of the Athens Polo Club and, with his wife Tori Baker, is a trustee of The Society of the Four Arts.
