She is an accomplished HR professional with over 17 years of human resources experience in a variety of industries such as non-profit, high-tech, banking, airline and telecommunications, in both the US and internationally (France, Germany, UK and Australia). She spent five years as HR Director for the largest social services agency in Santa Cruz County in CA, the largest division of which is the Head Start one. She is a nationally certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, a SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) Senior Certified Professional and a Member of the Certified Institute of Personnel & Development (UK equivalent to the SPHR certification). She is also certified in Lominger’s Career Architect (behavioral interviewing & career development system).
