2018/2019 RECONNECTION BODY-MIND THERAPY (NEW GROWTH GROUP) with Dr. Carlos de Leon
First Module Starting October 25, 2018
Body-Mind Reconnection Therapy is a deep process of discovery, acceptance and transformation of your unconscious neurotic patterns. In this first of a three-year program, we will explore the principles of the vision and process of Ontogonic Therapy, as well as, delve into the theoretical and experiential facets of a therapeutic experience. This program is for any Health Care Practitioner, Psychotherapist, Counselor, and Healer; who is interested in personal growth, and learning Body-Mind techniques to enrich their current path of development and individual process of therapy.
The program which begins on October 25, 2018 constitutes the first year of the Ontogony Body-Mind Therapist Training, and is a prerequisite for persons who are interested in subsequent training and possible certification in this field. Please note, that attendance in the Body-Mind Reconnection Therapy Growth Group, does not guarantee acceptance into the following levels of training. Dr. Carlos de León reserves the right to dismiss any student that he could consider to be incompatible with the training, at anytime during the program or at the completion of the modules.
DATES FOR RECONNECTION ~ BODY-MIND THERAPY TRAINING PROGRAM (Year One 2018/2019)
Five Modules – 10:00 am to 8:00 pm of 6 days
Module I: Thursday thru Tuesday, October 25 to 30, 2018
Module II: Thursday thru Tuesday, January 17 to 22, 2019
Module III: Thursday thru Tuesday, April 4 to 9, 2019
Module IV: Wednesday thru Monday, August 2 to 7, 2019
Module VI: Thursday thru Tuesday, October 10 to 15, 2019
Tuition Fees and Options (in Canadian Currency):
A – Payment Plan Early Bird Fee: $6500 + GST, after June 25, 2018 ~ $7000 + GST
- $650 + GST is due on or before June 25, 2018 & 9 equal monthly payments will be payable on the 15th of each month starting July 2018 to March 2018
- $700 + GST is due after June 25, 2018 & 9 equal monthly payments will be payable on the 15th of each month starting July 2018 to March 2018, or the fee will be prorated if enrollment for the program is completed after July 15, 2018
B – Payment in Full Early Bird Fee: $6000 + GST, after June 25, 2018 ~ $6500 + GST
- $1000 + GST is due on or before June 25, 2018 and balance of $5000 + GST will be payable on September 11, 2016
- $1500 + GST is due at the time of registration post the date of June 25, 2018 and balance of $5000 + GST will be payable one month after date of registration, paid in full by July 25, 2018
Early Bird Rates are Valid Until: June 25, 2018 and to secure your space in the program we require the deposit fee along with your online application as we expect the program to be sold out!
ONTOGONY EVOLUTION LTD - TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRANTS
This document provides important information about the policies pertaining to all teachings (including public talks, workshops, retreats, growth groups, and training programs) hosted by Ontogony Evolution LTD. All participants should review this information carefully before registering for any of these offerings. Registering for any Ontogony Evolution LTD teaching signifies that you have accepted these policies.
Please scroll down for information about registration and payment options, course cancellation and rescheduling, and other important considerations. These policies apply to all teachings, as appropriate, although participants are advised to refer, as well, to the individual course descriptions for more fulsome instructions pertaining to a particular teaching.
PLEASE NOTE: The terms ‘teaching(s)’ and ‘course(s)’ are used interchangeably throughout this document to refer to the full range of public talks, workshops, retreats, growth groups, and training programs offered by Ontogony Evolution LTD.
Registration: To register for a teaching, please follow the link at the end of each event page listed on the www.ontogony.com which will take you to the registration page specific for each event.
Please Note: Dr. Carlos de León reserves the right to decline admission to anyone, should he deem that admission inadvisable for either the person or the group, or both.
Course Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We understand that schedules can be difficult to manage and we want to help our students in every way possible. However, it is possible that we may have to cancel courses from time to time due to insufficient enrollment or other issues that are beyond our control. Students who have registered for teachings that are cancelled by Ontogony Evolution LTD may re-register for subsequent equivalent teachings at no additional charge.
If a student has pre-paid, he or she will have the option of rescheduling or having his/her tuition refunded without penalty. If you paid by cheque or cash, please allow a minimum of 30 days to receive your refund cheque. If you paid by credit card, please allow a minimum of 5 business days to credit your account.
Student-Requested Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Requests to cancel or reschedule a course should be made in writing to Ontogony Evolution LTD, who will confirm the cancellation or rescheduling either by e-mail or phone. (Please use the attached Cancellation Request Form.) If the registrant does not receive a confirmation of cancellation or rescheduling within three (3) business days of the request, he or she should call the Administrative Office at 604.813.2848 to reconfirm the change.
Due to the high demand for our teachings and participant limits for some of our courses, we ask for your consideration in informing us of any requests for cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible. This may result in not only minimizing any penalty fee involved, but also allowing us to offer your space to someone else.
Penalty Fees for Student-Requested Cancellation or Rescheduling: Please note that penalty fees will apply to student requests for cancellation and rescheduling of any of the teachings offered by Ontogony Evolution LTD. Penalties vary according to the cost of the teaching and the timeframe of the request for cancellation or rescheduling. Please refer to the individual course descriptions for detailed information on how these penalties will be applied.
Special Circumstances: Cases of family and/or medical emergencies may result in a full refund (minus administrative fees). These will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In order to be considered for a refund, you must notify Ontogony Evolution LTD by e-mail (info@ontongy.com) as early as possible, prior to the start of the course.Transfers may only be made to courses where there are spots available.
No-Show Policy: Student ‘no-shows’ for any teaching will forfeit the full cost of that teaching. All students are required to pay their tuition in full prior to the start of their course, and their attendance will not be confirmed until full payment has been made. Students who have not pre-paid will not be admitted to class unless special circumstances have been discussed with and accepted by Ontogony Evolution LTD beforehand.

Cancellation Policy and Fees:
Variable refunds for cancellations are available, as follows:- In the case of any cancellation requests received prior to (45 days before the first day of the program), 75% of the program fee will be refunded;
For cancellation requests received prior to (30 days before the first day of the program), 50% of the program fee will be refunded;
For cancellation requests received prior to (15 days before the first day of the program), 25% of the program fee will be refunded.
No refunds will be given after October 6, 2016. In special circumstances, however, a person may be able to bank credits or transfer them to another individual. Such requests to either bank credits or transfer them to someone else must be submitted in writing to Ontogony Evolution LTD (info@ontongy.com), and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Banked credits must be used within one year of the originally scheduled program.
Ontogony Evolution LTD will confirm all cancellations or requests to bank or transfer credits by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation of your request within three (3) business days, please call 604.813.2848 to reconfirm the change.
