The Texas Violent Gang Task Force and Texas Gang Investigators Association are facilitating a WEST Region Training in El Paso, Texas. This training is provided at NO COST to attendees, thanks to a grant provided by the Governor’s Criminal Justice Division.  We hope you can join us on Friday, September 29, 2017 in El Paso, Texas for this worthwhile training endeavor!

Who can attend?
Attendance at this training is STRICTLY limited to sworn local, state and federal law enforcement officials, correctional officers, probation/parole officers, school law enforcement, criminal intelligence analysts, and prosecuting attorneys involved in the investigation, supervision, detention or prosecution of criminal street gangs and prison gangs. 

***Official identification will be required upon check-in at registration
and may be requested at any time throughout the training***

    Note:  There will also be a brief TGIA business meeting for the West Region. An election will be held for the West Region Director positions. All active and current TGIA members are eligible to run, nominate and vote in these elections. If you are not a current member, please visit the TGIA website and submit a membership application online. If you would like more information or have an interest in a West Region Director position, please contact an Executive or State Board member.
