Directors will have the opportunity to address professionals in the field regarding issues they face every day including a conversation about professionalism in early childhood education, legal issues surrounding employment, a "check up" for ECE programs and a discussion of what leadership in this profession should look like.

During this workshop administrators will have an opportunity to reflect on the current organizational system in their early childhood program and learn to effectively implement the change process.

**Workshops 3 and 4 will be presented online and onsite in collaboration with The Source for Learning, Inc.
