Secrets to Starting the

Best Business for You

Thinking of going into business yourself? Consider the options:

A Startup Business

Buy an Existing Business or

Consider a Franchise?

This seminar covers the pros and cons to help you do your due diligence in the overall process of business exploration.

This seminar will help you ask the right questions you need to ask of yourself, of your spouse and in what business arena will you really thrive.  We'll help you create a business model that provides the best platform for reaching your unique personal, professional and financial goals.

The workshop will address the actual risks involved in business ownership vs. a tradtional career and help you select recession-resistant industries.  Registrants will benefit from feedback by submitting our FREE Business Evaluation & Suitability Test (BEST) with this link.  The BEST profile is offered by national SCORE partner FranNet to assess your individual work and leadership style, core competencies and identify the best types of businesses for your personality and experience.  The BEST profile takes about 20 minutes with results promptly and confidentially returned to you.

This free seminar is funded by the Friends of the Longview Library, FranNet (a national SCORE partner) and the volunteers of SCORE Vancouver.  Seating is limited in order to encourage participant interaction so please register early.

SCORE Certified Busines mentors will be on hand during the workshop and can, at your option, schedule later free mentorng follow-up.
