PR-COIN Fall Learning Session 2017 

Participating in PR-COIN Learning Sessions is the BEST way to benefit from your membership. Connect with colleagues and parents from across North American to learn time saving best practices and how PR-COIN's analytics tools can benefit your center, and hear how teams and parents are making clinic visits more productive. 

Registration: PR-COIN Fall 2017 Learning Session Registration is now open to all members of participating teams, parent members and invited guests. There is no registration fee.

Main Session: This two-day session will start on Friday, October 20 at 8:00am and end on Saturday, October 21 at 1:00pm. Meeting check-in and breakfast will begin at 7:30am on Friday and Saturday.  Please make travel arrangements that allow you to stay until the end of the conference on Saturday.

Travel: All attendees are responsible for making their own airline reservations.  Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is the closest airport.

Hotel: The Kingsgate Marriott Conference Center offers a PR-COIN group rate of $141.00 (+tax).  Reservations must be made by September 28, 2017. After this date, the group rate will expire. Click here and use code PRLPRLA or call 1-800-MARRIOTT and mention PR-COIN Learning Session.

Ground Transportation: Arriving (CVG) Please follow the Ground Transportation sign to secure transportation.  Departing from Cincinnati (CVG): PR-COIN will provide free shuttle transportation at 1:30pm on October 21 to the airport.  If you would like to reserve a seat, swing by the registration table on October 20 and make the PR-COIN Coordinating Center staff aware.

Meals:  Continental breakfast, breaks and lunches will be provided Friday and Saturday.  A reception, including refreshments and hors d'euvres, will follow the conclusion of the meeting on Friday, October 20.

Attire:  Dress is business casual.  You may wish to bring a sweater or jacket as the meeting rooms may be chilly at times.
