Salmonids in the Classroom (704/6800)

Learn how to raise salmon or trout from eggs in your classroom and become qualified to receive eggs from the hatchery.

Raising salmon in the classroom is an opportunity to teach students to understand, respect and protect freshwater, estuarine and marine ecosystems, and to recognize how all humans are linked to these complex environments.

Training will include ways to integrate the EEI Curriculum into your activities and will earn you sets of two classroom units of the EEI materials.

The fee of $15 covers lunch and teacher hand-outs.
