We are proud to announce a new collaborative effort between two predominant business associations - SMC Business Councils and the Manufacturer & Business Association (MBA) - on the 2018 Regional Wage and Salary/Increase Survey.

This partnership offers both memberships the opportunity for a greater participant exposure and stronger compensation data throughout Pennsylvania. SMC Business Councils is a business association that has provided resources and growth opportunities to small businesses throughout the Commonwealth since 1944. The MBA has been focused on helping businesses succeed since 1905.

The 2018 Regional Wage and Salary/Increase Survey provides the opportunity to obtain detailed compensation information on a variety of executive, supervisory, professional, technical and clerical positions. This invaluable compensation analysis will supply your organization with all the data necessary to assess the competitiveness of its compensation practices with respect to the appropriate labor market.

Also included: the 2017-18 Annual Salary Increase and Adjustment Survey Report, which summarizes data from all participants.

The survey features:
