Gold medalist in the 400m and 800m free at the 2016 FINA World Championships (25m) ... Bronze medalist in the 400m free at the 2016 Olympic Games and won gold as a member of the 800m free relay ... Was also fourth in the 800m free ... Finished second in the 400m and 800m freestyle at 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials to qualify for her first Olympic Team ... 2016 NCAA champion in the 500y free and 1650y free ... Won gold in the 800m free relay at the 2015 FINA World Championships ... Won gold at the 2015 World University Games in the 400m free and 800m free relay ... 2015 NCAA champion in the 500y and 1650y free ... Jason Lezak has been the go-to guy on for U.S. relays since 1999. After he and the men's 400m freestyle relay teams won silver at the 2000 Olympics and bronze at the 2004 Olympics, coaches turned to Jason to anchor & co-captain the 2008 team. He didn't disappoint. Jason's split of 46.06 is the fastest ever in the sport. He powered to the wall earning gold in world-record time for the U.S. After retiring from competitive swimming, Jason went on the road to share his Olympic stories and techniques with his fellow Olympians on the BREAKOUT Swim Clinic tour. Jason and his wife, Danielle, have three young children.

Was a breakout star at the 2016 Olympic Games with four medals - gold in the 200m back and 800m free relay, silver in the 400m IM and bronze in the 200m IM ...
