Our 2017 Housing and the Economy Conference, the third of this year's New Hampshire Housing events, will offer perspectives on how to address the Granite State's affordable housing and economic development needs, and educational and networking opportunities.

The event draws more than 200 attendees from the financial, real estate, lending, development, nonprofit, and other housing-related sectors, as well as public officials and business leaders.

Nationally known economist Elliot Eisenberg is our engaging and entertaining keynote speaker. He will talk about the national and New Hampshire economies, housing trends, and the impact government regulations have on housing development.

Also presenting at the conference will be Manchester Connects consultant, city planner and urban designer Susan Silberberg. She will offer case studies from New England communities that are working through housing and development concerns. Conference attendees will be able to engage with the speakers during the presentations, and the event will culminate with a panel discussion about the issues.
