Event Notes:
Registration: To receive the Early Bird Discount, simply fill out the conference registration form by September 20th!  Late Registrations starts on 9/21/17 and ends on 10/7/17.  If you plan to register on site there will be no guarantee of lunch.

PAYMENT METHODS:  When you click "Register Now!" you will have the choice to pay by credit card or check.  Credit cards will be processed by WePay.  If you wish to pay with a Purchase Order, please choose the pay by check method and email or fax your purchase order to our office at 808-955-2739 and we will be happy to send an invoice.  If you are paying by check, please mail your check with a copy of your conference confirmation to HawaiiAEYC, 1806 So. King Street, Ste. 30, Honolulu, HI  96826 no later than 10/3/17.

NAEYC Membership:  To receive the membership rate for this event, please go to NAEYC Membership at https://www.naeyc.org/membership.  DON'T FORGET TO JOIN OR RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP BY SEPTEMBER 15TH!  WHY:  1. To receive the Early Bird Discount; and 2. So that your name can be printed on the Membership Banner.

Presenter Signatures:  Please DO NOT ask presenters to sign work forms. Your certificate of Attendance will serve as verification of participation.

Certificate of Attendance:  You will receive a certificate of attendance at the completion of your day if you plan on leaving before the last session please come to the registration area for an amended certificate-You will receive a final Certificate.

Length of Sessions:  Sessions will be at least 1.5 hours in length to maximize learning.

Morning Drinks: Coffee and Tea will be served starting at 7:30AM.

Name Tag & Wrist Band: Your nametag and wristband must be worn at all times for admission to the workshops.

Lunch: 11:30AM - 12:30PM On Friday and Saturday, during which time you will be able to eat, network with colleagues, and relax. There will be no sessions offered during lunch. During your lunch break, feel free to meet and eat in any of the rooms and networking).

Hawaii Convention Center Parking:  There is a $10.00 parking fee per day.

First Aid:  First Aid Services are available
