Blueline is offering qualifications for eligible retired Law Enforcement officers under the "Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004".

The course will be offered twice per month, once in the morning and once in the evening, on the same Thursday.

The MORNING class is:  10:00 AM to 12:30 AM

The EVENING class is:  5:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Participants should ONLY attend ONE class!

NO WALK-INS will be allowed.  You MUST pre-register.

You may NOT switch between morning and evening sessions without prior approval from the instructor

THE CLASS WILL COVER:

• Firearm safety
• HR-218 Bill and what is expected of you if you carry concealed out of state
• Basic shooting fundamentals
• Course of fire
• Qualification

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Retired officers must pass their qualification under HR-218 withing ONE years of retiring.

 

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS:

• current, valid NYS pistol permit
• retired department photo ID card
• your firearm (pistol and/or revolver)
• holster that attaches to belt for each firearm
• at least two mags for semi auto
• eye and ear protection (may be rented at Blueline)
• 50 rounds of ammo per firearm.  (may be purchased at Blueline)
• proof of your payment (email)

 

COST:

The class fee is:

$50 for ONE hand gun (one pistol or one revolver)

$85 for TWO hand guns (one pistol and one revolver, OR two of one kind)

Class fees are NOT refundable. We are happy to reschedule your date or switch you to another class; please email details to: training@bluelinetactical.com.  Extenuating circumstances will incur a $25 re-scheduling fee.  No exceptions.
