The Easy Way To Develop A Business Plan

 September 14th - Marion Library

A well thought out and documented business plan is an important Woman_wComputer practical tool, not just something that a lender or a business coach makes the business owner do.  This workshop presentation creates a roadmap to a functional, useful plan that can help improve decision making and effectively establish a roadmap toward business success.

Workshop summary:  Far too often, business owners view the development and routine update of a business plan to be an annoyance and mind-numbing time waster.  Such a plan might be a necessary exercise to start their business or get financing, but it’s of little on-going use.  What they fail to appreciate is that a practical business plan can be an important tool for business success.  Such a plan can support loan applications and discussion with funding institutions, near-term goal setting, staff assignment with company initiatives. Register today.

What we'll cover:

  • The basic contents of a practical business plan
  • How to make your plan come alive

Not to be missed if you want  to be successful.  You get this right.....You Win.
