Job Developer Toolkit: Informational Interviews

Effective job developers know how to engage with employers, and one of the best tools for employer enagement is the Informational Interview.

Join Partners for Employment in an exploration of Informational Interviews and how  to use this tool to learn about and engage with any type of employer. This session will use case examples, real-time employer research, and discussion and feedback to better equip those doing Job Development in the practice of economic development, resource ownership and job creation. Move from simply reviewing job postings to actively engaging employers and developing social capital that can be leveraged to meet the needs of job seekers with disabilities.

There is no cost for this training thanks to our funding partners, Department of Health/Developmental Disabilities Supports Division and New Mexico Division of Vocational Rehabilitaiton.

Registration for this training is required.  Please register today!
