Art Expressions with Vivien 

Join the Mental Health Association of Nassau County for "Break Away Wednesday"!

 In honor of Mental Health Awareness Week MHANC welcomes "An evening of Art Expressions with Viven".  

               Learn and experience how art therapy can support healing and growth                        for overall mental wellness.

 Vivien H. Abrams, LCAT, ATR-BC, CASAC

Vivien Abrams is an art therapist specializing in mental wellness, addictions, and bereavement. She worked for over 25 years at South Oaks Hospital with individuals challenged by eating disorders, co-occuring disorders and trauma. Vivien is a graduate of Hofstra University’s Creative Arts Therapy Program as well as NYU’s International Trauma Studies Program. She has been an adjunct faculty member at Hofstra University since 1996. Vivien is also a member of the Mental Health Players through the Mental Health Association of Nassau County and maintains a private practice which focuses on bereavement.
