Purpose of Event

A win-win-win event...

• Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff.

• Hospital staff are able to gather resource information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.

• Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low income patients in need.

11:30am Set-up, Vendors arrive no earlier than 11:15am to drop off

12:00-2:00pm Event, Vendor Fair

When registering please select one of the following registration options:

NOTE- The funds raised are given to the hospital for low income patient assistance

• CEU poster/marketing (full table, Retirement Connection Sponsors Only)- $75
• Marketing Only (1/2 table)- $150
• Non Profit Community Resource table (shared table with brochures only)- $25
