 Mastermind Series
WestCt ExpertTerre

A number of Members have suggested a series of small, Members-only meetings for a dual purpose:
  • Getting to know each other better
  • Combining talents to help each Member grow their business
We are offering the Mastermind concept for Members who are interested and available to work closely with other WestCt ExpertTerre Members focusing on collaboration, learning and mutually beneficial relationships.  This is an opportunity to work on your business, not simply in your business.
  • On September 20, 2017, Carmen Effron, Board and Senior Advisor, will facilitate the first pilot session from  6:00 to 8:00pm at Change Create Transform's office in Rye Brook.  Food and refreshments will served. We will launch the concept and ask everyone who is interested in fully participating to fill out a short application indicating their interest and commitment. Participation in the group is a benefit of Membership.

About the Mastermind Series

What's the schedule and structure?

The initial pilot will start with 6 two-hour long meetings from 6 to 8pm.  Each meeting will be structured, organized, and facilitated by Carmen Effron.  The working session is followed by an informal social hour.  The first pilot session is scheduled for September 20, with subsequent meetings on October 25 and  December 2, 2017, and  January 24, February 21, and March 21, 2018.  We will collectively determine future dates if there is interest after the six sessions are completed.

How can I participate?

Participants share challenges, celebrate successes, define goals and receive feedback.  Sessions are held in-person only.    The Group will have up to 8 Members.  Each Member will have 15 minutes during the meetings - 5 minutes to present, 5 minutes to receive feedback, and 5 minutes to formulate an action plan.  The concept will be explained, and interest will be determined at the September 20 meeting.  Once in the group, a commitment to the program is essential.
