As an agent, you must complete 4 hours of LTC CE training every two years after completing the initial 8 hour LTC training. Our upcoming training session allows you to meet the requirements or get a quick review of LTC and LTCi.

Michael A. Baker

Mike has 18+ years of experience in the insurance industry. He has devoted the past 16 years of his career to the Long Term Care insurance market. Since 2016, Mike has served as LTC Manager for Ritter Insurance Marketing of Harrisburg, PA. Previously, he was Director of Brokerage and Affinity markets for Target Insurance Services of Pennsylvania. He has served as a long term care insurance consultant to members of the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the Medical Society of New Jersey Corporate Partner Program, the Pennsylvania Association School Retirees (PASR), the Pennsylvania Association of Retired State Employees (PARSE), the Pennsylvania Masons, the Association of Brethren Caregivers, the Fellowship of Brethren Homes, Church of the Brethren Benefit Trust, and 30+ Continuing Care Retirement Communities in PA, MD and VA. He has been recognized nationally for his achievement in Long Term Care Insurance. In 2007 and most recently in 2012 by the American Association for Long Term Care Insurance recognized him as one of the leading long term care insurance agents in the country. He is also involved in his local professional associations, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), and currently serves as President for NAIFA Greater Harrisburg and is also a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). He is also an approved continuing education instructor for the Pennsylvania Long Term Care Insurance Partnership program. He is a graduate of Lock Haven University.
